Q. What is included in your fees?

A. On top of the exceptional personalised care and early learning provided at The CubbyHouse, our fees include subsidised meals and Storypark online portfolios.

Q. Do you offer 20 hours free?

A. Yes, The CubbyHouse is a government approved ECE programme. The Government funds the cost of children aged 3-5 years to attend early childhood education (ECE) for up to 20 hours a week. This funding is called 20 Hours ECE and is available for up to six hours a day for children in approved programmes, like our centre.

Q. How do you prepare children for school?

A. We believe that children are lifelong learners and have classrooms set up for different age groups where there can be a specific constant focus on school readiness and having those essential skills to venture out into the world feeling confident and prepared.

Q. What age can my child start?

A. Our centres caters for infants from around 3 months up to school age. Please contact us to discuss our pre-planned settling process for your child.

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. We are open all year round, Monday – Friday 7.30am – 6.00pm, including school holidays and the Christmas/New Year period for your convenience. We’re closed statutory days only.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. Our centre provides all food and water, wipes, sunscreen and bedding if your child requires a sleep. We ask that parents provide nappies and suitable named clothing for the season, included 2 changes. A packed lunchbox may be required from time to time for lunch box days or excursions.
